Staff：Hello. How may I help you? 

行員：您好，請問您今天要辦理什麼業務?

Customer ：Hello, can you please tell me what the exchange rate for Japanese Yen is today?

客戶：您好，我想要知道今天日幣的匯率是多少?

Staff：Today’s exchange rate is 22 Japanese Yen  to 1 New Taiwan dollar .

行員：今日匯率為 22日幣換 1 元新台幣。

Customer：All right, I’d like to exchange NT$100,000 into Japanese Yen in cash, please.

客戶：好，請幫我換成10萬元新台幣現鈔。

Staff：How would you like the money?

行員：好的，那你想要換什麼面額呢?

Customer ：I would like them in small bills, please.

客戶：請幫我都換成小面額的。

Staff：No problem. The bank will charge a flat fee of NT$200 as a handling fee.

行員：好的沒問題，然後需要向您收取手續費200元

Customer ：Here you are.
