take a business trip to 地點

He is on a business trip in Europe. (他在歐洲出差。)

Naomi will take a business trip to New York next month.
=Naomi will go to New York on a business next month.

Naomi下個月去紐約出差。

5. 「輪班」

輪班的英文是 shift，所以 work (in) shifts 指的就是「輪班工作、值班」。

如果想表達自己的工作室輪班性質的話，可以這麼說:

 I work (in) shifts.

Example:

I work the morning shift.

我值早班。

如果是想請人代班，則可以用:

take one’s shift

Example:

Can you take my shift?
你能幫我代班嗎？

climb是攀爬，企業職位就像階梯一樣，是一種很傳神的說法，相似的說法還有corporate ladder。
